Orders & Shipping

1. Where does Sanopell ship?
We currently offer FREE shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! During checkout, you can select priority shipping for an additional fee for faster delivery.

4. What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, delays happen due to carrier issues or high demand. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at contact@sanopell.us for assistance.


Returns & Exchanges

5. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

6. How do I start a return?
Email us at contact@sanopell.us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we only process returns for refunds. If you’d like a different size or item, you’ll need to place a new order.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

9. How can I apply a discount code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the designated box. Only one code can be used per order.

10. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not sell gift cards.

11. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. For further help, just contact us contact@sanopell.us

12. Are your clothes true to size?
Our items are designed to fit as described, but check the size guide for accuracy. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

13. Do you restock sold-out items?
